Megan Guarnier won the last women's Philadelphia Cycling Classic in 2016—the same year the race folded due to lack of funding. On its return in 2026, she's back, now as co-director of CCB Kenetik p/b Levine Law Group.
Guarnier retired in 2019 with a UCI Women's WorldTour title, three US national championships, and wins at the Giro d'Italia Femminile and Tour of California to her name. Her task now is to translate that experience into a pathway for her young U23 squad: moving American domestic riders into Europe's top programs. The Philadelphia Cycling Classic on August 30, 2026, is the first major test of that project.
