Pauline Ferrand-Prévot will not race the 2026 UCI Road World Championships in Montreal. She named it a goal for the season at the end of 2025 — the same year she won Paris-Roubaix Femmes and the Tour de France Femmes.
She withdrew from the 2026 Tour de France Femmes before stage 8 with illness, sitting 14th overall at the time. Since then she hasn't raced, and now won't line up in Montreal at all. Her 2026 road season closes with podiums at the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix Femmes — second and third — but zero wins, a reversal from a 2025 campaign that delivered two of the sport's biggest titles.
