Storm Riders' acquisition of Rondo, NS Bikes, and Creme isn't a clean rescue — it's a structural reset: same design team, same brand DNA, but production now runs through a Polish factory that 7Anna never controlled.
Nine months after 7Anna filed for bankruptcy in August 2025 — felled by the Wiggle/CRC collapse, a supplier bankruptcy, cyber fraud, and a client who refused payment — Storm Riders stepped in with something the original group couldn't rebuild on its own: manufacturing scale and supply chain stability. The original design and engineering teams retain full autonomy, which matters for brands like Rondo, whose Rondo Ruut made its name on deliberately unconventional geometry. What changes is the factory floor — production moves to Storm Riders' own facility, giving the group direct control over scheduling and components. Survival, but on different terms.
