Winspace priced the G5 frameset at $2,200, borrowing D-shaped seatstays from its T1600 road platform rather than engineering a new rear end from scratch. That's the move undercutting the entire aero gravel category: a complete G5 with SRAM Force AXS costs roughly what Factor charges for just the Elara FKT frameset.
Factor's Elara frameset alone runs $5,999 — nearly three times the G5 frame price. Winspace's complete builds start at $4,800, and the top-spec Ultra Di2 tops out at $5,199, undercutting a bare Factor frameset while shipping a full electronic groupset. The G5 isn't a ground-up redesign either — it's an evolution of the G3 platform with road-bike aero geometry, while Factor, Specialized, and Trek push framesets toward luxury territory.
