No record was set on Sierra de la Pandera. Enric Mas beat Félix Gall to the summit and stretched his overall lead to 2:06, but that's a stage result, not a climb time worth comparing to history. The benchmark on this mountain is still Roberto Heras's 21'47" from 2002.
Winning a mountain stage and breaking a mountain's record are different claims, and only one of them happened here. Mas leads Gall by 2:06 overall with Primož Roglič third at 2:10 — a solid GC day, nothing more. Roberto Heras's 6.48w/kg ascent from 2002 remains the reference for La Pandera, and nothing in the stage 14 coverage suggests it was ever under threat.
