Kastelijn breaks that pattern: nine years at Fenix-Premier Tech, a Tour de France Femmes stage win, and now a GC title on the brutal Lagunas de Neila climb. De Jonckere framed the signing directly: «we want to add riders who can genuinely change the way we race»—which reads less like roster depth and more like a mission statement for where this team wants to be by 2028.
