1. What this page covers
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies cyclingproject.co (the "Site") uses and how to manage them. Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. localStorage is browser storage; unlike cookies, its contents are not automatically sent to the server.
2. What we use
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies and localStorage entries, and — only after your consent — Google Analytics cookies. The strictly necessary ones are needed for the Site to work: to remember your chosen language and to keep you signed in. localStorage entries never leave your device. Cookies are sent to the server with every request — without them the Site does not know which language to serve you or whether you are signed in. Analytics cookies are set by Google and only once you have clicked "Accept" in the banner; before that, no requests are made to Google. The full list is in the table below.

Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive): without them the Site simply would not work properly.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is read: which cards are opened, in which languages, from which countries. Analytics is enabled only after your consent in the banner — before that, Google Consent Mode blocks data transmission. We show no ads, use no advertising cookies, and do not sell data to third parties. Google Signals (demographics and cross-device tracking) is disabled. The specific cookies are listed in the table below.
4. Third-party requests
There is no advertising and there are no advertising cookies on the Site.
5. How to manage
- Once optional cookies appear on the Site, you will be able to change your choice via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page — it reopens the consent banner.
- You can always delete cookies and localStorage in your browser settings. The Site will keep working, but will forget your language and saved cards.
