Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By using cyclingproject.co (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Cycling Project is an independent personal media project about road cycling. It is run by a private individual (Chub Vadym, Portugal; [email protected]), not a registered company. The Site is free of charge and does not sell goods or services.

3. Nature of the content

The Site's content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Some of the content is produced with the assistance of automated tools, including artificial intelligence models, under human editorial control.

We strive for accuracy and rely on verifiable sources, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any particular piece of content. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice — sporting, medical, legal, or financial. Verify important information against primary sources before acting on it.

4. Sources, quotations, and trademarks

We link to primary sources and use short quotations with attribution, within the limits allowed by law. The names of races, teams, equipment brands, and athletes belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for informational purposes only. Cycling Project is independent: we are not affiliated with the UCI, teams, race organisers, or manufacturers, and we do not claim their endorsement.

Images on the Site are used under licences, from official press materials, or with the rights holders' permission, always with the author or source credited. If you believe an image is used improperly, notify us (section 7), and we will remove it promptly.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original texts, selection of materials, structure, and design belong to the Site operator.

You may: read, share links to the content, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the Site.

Without our prior written permission, you may not: systematically copy or republish the content, perform bulk automated collection (scraping) of the content, or use the Site's content to train machine-learning models.

6. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the operation of the Site, circumvent technical restrictions, deliberately generate excessive load, or probe or exploit vulnerabilities — other than responsibly reporting an issue to us.

7. Notice of rights infringement

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with: a link to the content, a description of the work and of your rights in it, and your contact details. We will review the notice promptly and, where justified, remove or correct the content.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from decisions made on the basis of its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for intent or gross negligence), or limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the courts of that country, unless mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The Terms are available in Ukrainian and English; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails for interpretation.
