Berthet beat Fisher-Black again on stage 3, but this time she had help. FDJ United-SUEZ teammate Lauren Dickson led the sprint out from the front, leaving Berthet to come around from third wheel. Stage 2 was a straight duel — stage 3 showed what FDJ can do with two riders in the finale.
Dickson attacked out of the descent, got caught by Fisher-Black and Berthet, then simply towed her leader to the line instead of contesting the win herself. She's now third overall, just 28 seconds back — close enough to matter on Sunday, but her role Saturday was domestique, not rival. That's the tactical wrinkle Fisher-Black now has to solve: Berthet isn't just faster in a sprint, she has a teammate positioned to set it up.
