Project 321 G3Ti swaps aluminum for titanium — because eMTB motors got too strong for it

Project 321 adds titanium driver option

UPGRADE PATHexisting G3 hubs convert via new freehub + bearing spacer
The G3Ti exists because aluminum freehub bodies stopped being enough. eMTB motors now push torque loads that chew through standard drivers, and Project 321's fix was a titanium body tested past 1,100 Nm — backed by a 10-year warranty that explicitly covers e-bike use. To get there, the G3Ti drops to 144 POE from the standard G3's 288, trading engagement resolution for stability under load. Notably, the titanium upgrade costs nothing extra — same price as the aluminum hub, and existing G3 owners can convert with just a new freehub and bearing spacer.
