Enve rebuilt the SES 6.7 because UCI made the old one illegal

Enve’s SES 6.7 Pro road race wheels become official
Dave Rome
The front wheel is 59mm deep and the rear wheel is 65mm deep. The new wheel is a clean-sheet design, developed in response to the UCI's rim-depth rules, and it posted the lowest drag of the conventional spoked wheelsets Enve tested at 48kph. It has already taken more than ten WorldTour wins in 2026, with Tadej Pogačar aboard for many of them.
Front and rear now sit at 59mm and 65mm, down from 60mm and 66mm, yet at 48kph the SES 6.7 Pro posted the lowest drag of the conventional spoked wheelsets Enve tested, ahead of the Roval Rapide CLX II, Vision Metron 60 SL and Bontrager Aeolus RSL 51. David Herrero of UAE Team Emirates called the gap over the prior version a "notable advantage" from track testing, the kind of marginal gain that matters at the top level. Confirmed wins with the SES 6.7 Pro include Milan-San Remo, Strade Bianche, UAE Tour, Tour of Oman, Clásica Jaén and Tour of Flanders. A regulation meant to cap aerodynamic depth produced, in this case, a wheel that goes faster than the one it outlawed.
