Felicity Wilson-Haffenden signed with Fenix-Premier Tech less than 24 hours after winning the U23 world time trial title in Montréal. She spent three seasons at Lidl-Trek before making the move.
The two-year deal runs through 2027 and 2028, agreed while the ink on her rainbow jersey was still wet. This is her third world title in three years — junior ITT in Glasgow, mixed relay in Kigali, now U23 ITT in Montréal — and each one has come with a contract attached. Moving from Lidl-Trek's development pipeline to a team built out of Alpecin-Deceuninck's cyclocross program says Fenix-Premier Tech isn't waiting to build its time trial future — it already signed it.
