Ridley's Falcn RS 2.0 cuts 120g, calls it a new bike, not an update

BikeRadar
Ridley's Falcn RS 2.0 brings a 705 g frame in size M, down from the first generation's 825 g, with complete builds starting at 6.2 kg. Ridley calls it «a completely new design» rather than an evolution. The frame, fork and seatpost together are 12% lighter than before, and rounder tube shapes needed less material while keeping stiffness at aero-bike levels.
The frame went from 825 g to 705 g. All five sizes now share a steeper 76° seat tube angle, built from Uno-X rider fit data showing riders adopting a more forward position. Ridley's own numbers admit a cost: the Falcn RS 2.0 is roughly 10 W slower than the Noah Fast at 50 km/h, a trade-off it accepts in exchange for the weight.
